INSTANT MANGO PICKLE

This MANGO pickle is easy to make with few ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:

Mangoes   -  2 big
Red chilli powder  - 3 tsp
Tumeric                   -1/4 tsp
Mustard seed         - 1/4 tsp
Urad dhal               - 1/4 tsp
Asefoteda               - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves          - 1 strand

STEPS:

Cut mangoes into little cubes.

Heat oil in a thick bottom pan.

Add mustard, urad dhal when started to splutter add curry leaves, asefoteda.

Add mangoes along with tumeric and red chilli powder.

And little water + salt.

Cook till MANGO become soft and oil separate.

Serve with curd rice, sambar.

TIPS:

Store for 4-5 days.
