Simple fish curry
                  Hello friends today I'm going to post simple fish curry. This is our grandma's recipe. So simple yet so delicious. Let's go to the recipe straight.

Ingredients:
Fish           - 1/2 kg
Tamirand - 1 orange size
Kuzhambu
Chilli powder-3 big spoon full
Tomato.     - 1 big
Salt.

Seasoning:
Vadagam     - a litle
Garlic.          - 1 pealed& crushed
Curry leaves- 2strands
Oil as required.

Procedure:

Cut & Clean the fish, set aside. Soak the Tamirand and extract the juice. Now heat the mud pot(kuzhambu chati) add oil when it is hot put in vadagam, crushed garlic, curry leaves. Now pour in Tamirand extract with crushed tomato. I used to crush tomato by hand.
Add kuzhambu milagaai powder. Close with lid and let it boil. Went it is almost done add fish and close the lid for 5 min. Then open the lid and reduce the flame.  When the fish is cooked. Its ready to serve.
